From the 7th January 2022 (flexible) I will be leaving the double room where I am currently living and I am looking for someone to take my place.
The room is a large double for single use, very bright and in a big house with 2 complete bathrooms and 1 with toilette and sink (you will be sharing the bathroom with only one person), a big shared kitchen with all the appliances, living room and a big patio.
The house is only 6-7 minutes walking from East Finchley Underground station (Northern line) and same distance from the High Road, full of shops, 3 supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and cafes.
The other flatmates are 2 males and 2 females, all young professionals, friendly, tidy and polite.
I have been in this room for 2 years and I am moving out only because I am going to live with my partner, otherwise I would have never left. The atmosphere in the house is very friendly and relaxed, there is a lot of space, the room is huge and the area is super quiet but very well connected.
Rent is £675 pcm + bills (about £90/£100 pcm including all bills and shared cleaning products)
