I am looking to rent out my flat on a short term basis while I’m away working for 4-6 months. The property is fully furnished.
It’s a clean, first floor one bedroom apartment in East Finchley, North London and is a safe and enjoyable space to live in.
It's a cosy, comfortable, relaxing home, it's just a 20/25 minute tube journey into central London and a quick bus journey to East Finchley tube station, zone 3 Northern line.
The bus stop is just a 3 minute walk way, you can walk to the tube station within approximately 20 minutes. It’s a great place and area for you to enjoy some fantastic parks, walks, restaurants, pubs, and also has a wonderful historic cinema dating back to 1910.
This is a lovely one bedroom apartment situated in a very nice apartment block in a quiet residential street. There is a communal elevator as well as the stairwell /fire exit.
The whole living area is used as a lounge/dining area. There's a comfortable 2 seater sofa as well as an armchair to sit and relax while reading or watching TV.
The dining table has 4 chairs to sit and eat meals or work on your laptop.
There is full use of the TV and WiFi.
The bedroom is fully carpeted to make it warm and cosy, a double bed with pillows and duvet.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you'll need, as well as crockery and cutlery.
The washing machine is also located in the kitchen, there's no dryer but instead a large hanging clothes dryer.
The bathroom is bright and clean with power shower set within the bath.
This is my home and a quiet neighbour so strictly no parties or loud music late at night. I ideally prefer a professional who can live in my home quietly and respectfully.
All bills are included in the monthly fee.
Absolutely no smoking and no pets.
