Unfortunately, my previous roommate abruptly moved back home for a while, so I'm looking for someone to take over the lease through September 2024. The lease can be renewed for another 12 months after that if you'd like.

The bedroom is a small double and comes with a twin bed and mattress, but it's big enough to fit a double bed and a drawer. You could also choose to have a single bed and fit a desk for your work-from-home days. You'll be sharing the bathroom, kitchen, and living room with myself.

The monthly rent is £800, not including bills, which can vary from month to month. You'll need to pay for council tax, water, energy, and wifi on top of that. To secure the apartment, you'll need to provide a deposit of £922.5, which you'll get back at the end of the tenancy.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood in East Finchley (zone 3). The bus stop is just 4 minutes away, and it's a 15-minute walk to the station, which has the Northern Line. Plus, you'll have access to the night tube and night buses.

I'm hoping to find a female flatmate in their 20s who is friendly, tidy, sociable, and easy to get along with. Sorry, no couples!
