Hi there! I am looking for a housemate looking to stay long term in this beautiful flat in a quiet neighbourhood, located just a 5 minute walk from East Finchley station, (which is on the night tube). The bedroom is a great size – spacious - perfect for WFH and you’ll have your own bathroom too. Sharing with 1 house mate, me, – you’ll love this quiet, relaxed environment. I’m looking for someone who would like to share a comfortable, relaxed home and make new friends.

I’m a professional IT project manager working for a consultancy in London for 3 years now and am in my mid-30s. I’m sociable, outgoing, friendly, sporty, with lots of friends. My friend who I was sharing the flat with has sadly had to move away and I’m now looking for a tidy, clean, friendly, considerate person who wants to take her room. I’m hoping to find a female flatmate in her mid 30s to 40s who is easy to get along with. I’m looking for a house sharer with the same mindset as me – working hard, and also making the most of what this great city has to offer.

There’s a shared living room and kitchen. There’s plenty of privacy and storage space too. ( There is a 3rd bedroom which is used for storage and hanging laundry.)
The flat is very close to the station (5minutes) and to the high street with all the amenities you’d expect to see like restaurants, nail bars, supermarkets, pubs etc. The nearest park is a 5 minute walk away with another one just 10mins away. The flat is very close to Muswell Hill and Highgate.

The grounds of the property are tidy and well-kept with communal gardens.

The monthly rent is £1125, not including bills which can vary month to month. (You’ll need to split council tax, energy and wifi with me).

The room comes unfurnished, so just be aware that you’ll need to furnish it.
