A large En-suit Double room in a modern flat

I like to rent out a room that comes with its own large bathroom in my two bedroom flat. The flat is fully refurbished and furnished to high standards. I like to rent the room to someone who is very tidy and clean and respect the privacy while might enjoy some chats and a glass of a wine from time to time. I have another flat nearby, so I won’t be living in this flat. My uncle would most likely be taking the second room in this flat. He is not currently in the UK. So, it’s likely that you will have the whole flat to yourself the first 1-2 months. The room comes with a parking space and the area is very nice safe. You are in almost equal distance from East Finchley and Finchley Central tube station. My uncle is a retired scientist and is still working on some science projects so we prefer to have a lodger who doesn't work from home and is mature and considerate. Initially I consider the lodger contract for up to six months but it is likely that this could be your long term home if everything goes well.
