Fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, a large chest of drawers and a side table. Second floor. With your own shower and toilet facilities

About the house:
Good sized kitchen with plenty of storage, you can bring your own kitchenware but we have plenty to share if you don't. Air fryer. Microwave.

Large sitting room with L shaped sofa and 4 seater dining table. Usual appliances such as a washing machine.

In addition we have a bonus 'box room' which we use for some additional storage and to keep our airers to dry our clothes so they don't clutter up our rooms or kitchen.

Medium sized private garden with grass suitable for sitting out in the summer.

There is parking available on the road available with an inexpensive yearly permit if required.

About the area:
East Finchley is a beautiful suburban area in the borough of Barnet. We are just off High Road where there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance (Tesco express 2 minutes away) and even though we are so close the road is very peaceful and safe.

It is approximately an 8 minute walk to East Finchley tube station which is on the High Barnet branch of the Northern line. Just 15 minutes on the tube to King's Cross where you can change to 5 other tube lines. If buses are more your thing we are on the 263 route to Highbury/Barnet Hospital.
