We have a lovely room available in our flat from end of April to August (with room for extension). The room is at the back of the house and comes furnished (bed, wardrobe, chair, chest of drawers). The room is light, airy and perfect for WFH.
The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac just off the N11. We are a 10 minute walk to East Finchley station and a 10-15 minute walk to Highgate. Buses (263, 143, 234) go regularly from right outside. The room is situated at the back of the house so very quiet and off the road.
You would be living with 3 professionals in our mid-twenties. Two are actors who are both currently away on tour for much of the year, so just myself (teacher!) for most of the week. We are a very communal house and love hanging out together. We have a gorgeous front room and spend most of our time together in there, however please don’t feel an obligation to do the same if you wish! We also tend to cook communally, but again there is no obligation to do this.
Bills not included but work out at about £100 on top of rent. This includes water, WiFi, council tax, gas and electric.
There is also the opportunity of joining a rolling contract when signing the lease.
