Hello everyone! We are looking for someone to join our 3-bed home from the end of May 😄

We live in a beautiful, peaceful flat with a garden in East Finchley, located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. The rent is £876/month plus bills. The flat is about an 11-minute walk from the tube, 13 minutes to local shops (Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Iceland, etc.) and cafés (Café Nero, Margot Bakery, Triple Two, Cup of Joy, ect.), and close to several bus stops (the nearest is just a 3-minute walk!).

The available room is spacious, has a desk and treadmill, and plenty of storage space, as well as a beautiful window that lets in lots of natural light! 💖

Please note, the stated bills amount (£70) does not include council tax, and bills may change during the tenancy.

Hey, I’m Zoe! I am currently finishing up my final year of Biochemistry at King’s College London. I’d describe myself as a mix of introverted and extroverted, I love a good chat and spending time with the people I live with. I enjoy singing, fashion, poetry, jazz 🎷, nature walks 🍃, and cooking 👩🏾‍🍳. I’m hoping to find someone warm and kind to share our lovely home with ✨💗

Hi, I’m Esme! I’m a violinist and violin teacher, and I graduated from my Master’s at Guildhall last summer. I also work part-time at The Finchley Vet, helping to look after the clients and animals. I’m introverted but super friendly and love a good chat and hang out! Being cosy is my favourite 🍁 and I like reading, drawing, watching TV and petting the neighbours’ cats! 🐈💕 I can’t wait to share our flat with a new friend 💚
