The Flat & Housemates:
You’ll be living with Tiff (they/them) and Petra (she/her) in a friendly, LGBTQ+ inclusive household.
We’re a sociable but fairly independent flat - always up for a chat in the kitchen, but we also really respect each other’s space. Everyone has different schedules, so it’s a relaxed, low-pressure environment.
We’re not clean freaks, but we do keep things reasonably clean and tidy (e. g. washing up promptly, clearing surfaces, not leaving laundry sitting around for too long). We also have a WhatsApp group to keep things running smoothly and stay in touch.
The Room:
* Middle-sized room in the flat
* Quiet position at the back (not on the road)
* Dark and peaceful at night - great for sleeping
* Comes with furniture e. g. bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table. I am undecided on whether or not I will take the office chair and desk, so this can be discussed.
Location – East Finchley:
* East Finchley is a safe, residential area with a relaxed vibe.
* 10–15 min walk to East Finchley tube station (Northern Line) or short bus ride (263).
* There are other buses in East Finchley like the 102 and 143.
* Easy access to central London
Local highlights:
* Great mix of cafés, restaurants & pubs
* Shops: Tesco Express, Sainsbury’s Local, Budgens, Iceland
* Nearby: Muswell Hill & North Finchley (Aldi, more shops), Highgate
* Green spaces: Cherry Tree Wood, Coldfall Wood

* Flat is above a small private gym studio
* Occasional light background noise (similar to road noise), but not disruptive
* We have direct contact with the gym manager if needed
