A couple and one girl looking for a flatmate in a spacious and bright place in East Finchley.

The flat itself is on High Road, right opposite all the shops you'd need and about a two minute walk to East Finchley station. It has two floors with the bedrooms upstairs, all double glazed - so you can't hear the noise from the high street and keeps the bills down in winter. The lounge and kitchen are both modern and spacious and we've also got a roof terrace out the back as well. Neighbours are completely sound too.

So, about us: We're all in professional, full-time work (media sales, book selling and retail ops) so weekday evenings are usually spent on the sofa, or something a bit more active like squash or cycling (at least, George does.)

At the weekend, we'll be out and about in London - unless it's rainy, in which case it's Netflix or some dodgy daytime TV.

The bedroom itself is a really spacious double at the back of the house - so, not facing the high street - with plenty of room for storage, a TV and more.

Regarding the details, bills cost £59 on top of the rent and the tenancy runs until 15th September 2016. So you're guaranteed nine months, with the possibility of extending at the end of that.

We've also made this a premium listing as the couple who are moving out are looking to move by 9th December, so it'll be a quick turnaround.
