Fantastic room in chilled Jewish flatshare

Spacious double room 4 minutes from East Finchley Tube and high street. The flat has 2 bathrooms so the room effectively has its own ensuite. I have just refurbished the entire flat with all the appliances. There is Fibre broadband and cable TV, balconies overlooking the gardens, and a garage / loft for storing stuff. the room also has a fitted wardrobe.

East Finchley has all the local stuff you'd expect, plus a boutique cinema, a short walk or cycle to Kenwood (and Hampstead Heath).

About you:
I'm fairly relaxed, and I looking for someone easygoing and willing to discuss issues when they come up I a chilled and mature fashion.

You should be naturally clean and tidy. I have a cleaner, I'm not ocd but the communal areas should generally be tidy.

The kitchen is kosher and I need someone who respects that. I don't mind if you get takeaway vegetarian/ fish and eats it out of the wrapping in the lounge.

You're not a complete party animal but not a hermit either; you'd be up for dinner parties with lots of people, social events etc., without going on until 4 am every time. In particular I want to host a number of Friday night dinners a normal mixture of chatting some evenings and respecting each others space on others. I'm occasionally a bit of a nerd / geek, so you've got to be comfortable with that too!
