Room in a cosy flat in lovely East Finchley

I have lived in this flat for nearly 2 years, but as I recently got engaged it's time I moved out. Lovely, safe place to live and have been able to save lots of money due to the great rent price.

Excellent transport links, the flat is just a 7 min walk from the Northern line (now 24hrs at the weekend), it takes less than 20 minutes to get to Euston and Kings Cross. Hampstead Heath and Muswell Hill are also just a 20 minute walk.

The flat has a large shared living room, clean bathroom with separate toilet. The kitchen comes with a cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

The room on offer is small and cosy, hence the exceptionally reasonable rent! It currently has a double bed, wardrobe and shelves - however if you wanted a little more space, you could always downsize to a single.

You would be sharing with two friendly, tidy girls who work in the Publishing and Charity sectors. They intend on staying in the flat for the foreseeable future. We enjoy chatting in the kitchen, go to the cinema together and often pop out for a glass of Prosecco at the local pub. There are so many nice restaurants and cafes in East Finchley to fill your weekend with!
