Double in a friendly house share (with a garden!)

Room (Yours)

Our lovely housemate Jess is moving out so we’re looking for another woman to replace her in our friendly home!

The room is a double, with a desk plus a wardrobe and lots of storage (a built in cupboard plus a shelf near the ceiling and a cupboard on the landing). It’s on the first floor with a sash window and lots of natural light.

We share a living room (with Netflix, Prime, Disney+ etc on the TV, plus a DVD player) kitchen/dining room (with big fridge, chest freezer, washing machine and dishwasher) and the bathroom plus an additional toilet. We also have a sunny garden at the back with tables and chairs.

All utilities are included (gas, electricity, council tax, water) and we pay an additional £10 total per month for broadband and TV licence. We keep the place clean and tidy and take turns cleaning the common areas.
There’s a gym, swimming pool, GP, pharmacy, shops and pubs all 5 mins from the house, and our garden backs onto a quiet local park.

The house is on a quiet road, 7 minutes walk to Maze Hill station (which is a 10 mins journey to London Bridge), a short bus to North Greenwich tube or 20 mins walk to Cutty Sark DLR.
Greenwich Park is a 10 mins walk away, as is the river.

A bit about us - Em (I’m running the ad!) is a designer - I’ve filled the house and garden with plants, and love finding new gigs around the city. Alex works in urban planning and Jake is a physiotherapist - they’re both keen runners and cyclists. We all love to cook - and we love dogs, too!
We’re all fans of the local comedy club Up The Creek as well!
