The house is a terrace house with 3 floors. 02/north Greenwich station is only 10-15 mins away by bus. Bus is 3-4 mins walk away. 10-15 mins walk to Greenwich Park and Cutty Sark. Great food places there also Sunday market which is really good!

Kitchen/dining area is spacious and great for cooking and socialising.

2 toilets and bath/shower, one downstairs on the ground floor toilet and shower and second on the 2nd floor with newly fitted bathroom bathroom.

Nice sized garden/patio, great during the summer for bbqs etc.

All bills included expect cleaning fee which is roughly £30 per month for once a week of the communal areas. I am looking for clean people that will clean up after them regardless of the cleaner coming once a week. This is very crucial.
