Furnished room near Greenwich University

Ideal for students ideally a girl.

It is a beautiful bright and silent room at a stone's throw from the Cutty Sark, the University of Greenwich, Maze Hill and the O2.

The house is a maisonnette with ground floor (Kitchen and a spare toilet), first floor (2 bedrooms and their bathroom) and the top floor, where there are 2 bedrooms of which, one is the one I am renting) and the bathroom, with a toilet and shower with bathtub.

The house is very quiet and there is a hard chance to cross each other because we are very busy with different schedules. Sometimes I work from home.

The internet is broadband and very powerful, with an extension to the top floor. I can do Zoom meetings with no problem with the connection.

The kitchen is fully equipped and also I can provide towels and bed linens.

As you see from the pics, in the room there is a desk.

Also there is a cupboard, and if you have bags or a suitcase, there is an extra cupboard in the corridor where you can store it and lock it.

The room comes with a key to the door, so in case you want to lock it when you are away, you can do so.

There are 2 small supermarkets literally around the corner, Cutty Sark DLR is a 10-minute walk or 5 by bus, Maze hill train station (connected to London Bridge) is 5 minutes walk, the O2 / North Greenwich Jubilee line is 10 minutes by bus and the stop is 5 min walk from home.
The Royal Park and the observatory have an entrance just opposite Maze Hill station, so it's 5 minutes as well.

There is a CrossFit gym at 50 metres, and BetterLondon Faclities with Swimming pool at 5 minutes walk, let alone all the shops and restaurants.

The room is available to move in anytime.
