I am renting out a double room in my 2-bed flat inclusive of bills. The flat is located in SE10 9GB Greenwich, in a new development. The room is spacious, fully furnished, full of light and on a sunny side. The room has decent size wardrobe with a mirror door, a double sofa bed that is used as a bed, 4 shelves on the wall, and a standing shelf. There are several sockets in the room. The room comes with its own bathroom and toilet. The flat is 65sqm in total and has a decent size balcony with furniture, plants and beautiful view. The flat is fully furnished and equipped. As an added bonus there is a leisure centre just 1min away from the flat with gym, swimming pool, library, internet working zone and a GP clinic. There are other gyms and yoga places next door or just across the road. Plenty of shops next door. 10 min walk to East Greenwich Pleasuance park. Excellent transportation links to North Greenwich tube station. 10min walk away is Maze Hill overground train station. 15min walk-away is Greenwich town centre and Cutty Sark DLR station. The amazing Greenwich park is 15-min walk away. The flat is occupied by me (the landlord) and my 5-year old daughter. My daughter goes to school and I work from home 3 days a week.

Who am I looking for?

I am looking for a single female professional to share my flat with who will not bring men into the flat. Please note, no boyfriends are allowed in the flat at any time of the day or night, no smoking, no pets, no parties, no gatherings. This is not a party flat. I am looking for a calm, serious, reliable professional female. Please note the flat has a TV but no TV license. There is no TV watching.
The room is suitable for someone who just needs a place to sleep, shower, and work from the room, someone who doesnt cook much and doesnt have too many belongings. I do not have space in my cupboards to accommodate your kitchen utensils. I have all necessary kitchen utensils and appliances for you to use, no need to bring your own. There is no space in the room for your own furniture apart from an office style desk, an office chair and a small bedside cabinet if you need to. You are not allowed to hang any pictures or decor on the walls, no drilling or hammering of the walls is allowed. You can stand pictures on the shelves but not on the walls.

You must earn at least £2500 net salary per month
You must provide one month deposit
You must provide all required documentation for background checks, e. g. passport, 3 months bank statements, 3 months payslips, employment letter, previous landlord references,
You must not be a night owl, either an early bird or neither
You must fill in a viewing form to be able to book a viewing
You must have no more than 3 suitcases
You must maintain high cleaning standards
You must not use any candles or any smelly aromatic sticks in the property at all
You must be someone who likes fresh air and airs out the room regularly
Your belongings must not smell damp when you move in
