Location is 3 bus stops to North Greenwich, 10 mins to Cutty Sark and Greenwich village. Maze Hill station is a 10 min walk. The area is close to the river and very safe. The house is quiet. Room and bathroom own cleaning and private bedding is required. Rent includes all reasonable bills, no deposit required, however any damages will need to be paid immediately. No guests or pets are allowed and renting is one a month-to-month basis with 2 weeks notice both ways.
