Lovely double bedroom in split floor end-of-terrace house with beautiful garden 🏡becomes available at the start of November!

Fantastic West Greenwich location: 2min walk to Greenwich Market, 4min walk to Cutty Sark DLR Station and Greenwich Park, 6min walk to Greenwich train station, 15 min to London Bridge

The room: cosy but with very decent storage space. It comes furnished with a bedframe+mattress (super comfortable), wardrobe and desk. South-facing window overlooking the garden, so very quiet and plenty of sunlight.

The rest of the house: Independent street access; spacious open living space with sofa and huge TV + connected kitchen with all the appliances you may need; three-piece bathroom shared with Emanuele (see below)

Sharing with: Emanuele, 32-yo male from Italy who is the nicest and most respectful roommate I’ve ever had (you will have loads of giggles with him). He works 60% from home and 40% in the office and takes very good care of the home.

The garden🌺: one of the highlights of the house; it’s beautiful with lots of flowers in the spring and a magnolia. We furnished it with a garden table on which I’ve had some pretty idyllic lunches and aperitivos during the sunny season. There’s a side entrance to the garden and a bike shed so very convenient if you’re a cyclist. There’s a gardener coming for maintenance each month paid fully by the landlady.

The cost is £1075 pcm (excl bills).
The contract will be a 6-month term followed by a monthly rolling - super flexible.
The landlady is honestly super chill and helpful. She lives abroad and is never intrusive but is super responsive at the same time.

We are looking for a working professional of any age/gender/background (LGBTQIA+ folks welcome) who is comfortable sharing the common spaces and the bathroom with a male roommate.
Emanuele is always 100% respectful of your own space and privacy but is also happy to share the odd glass of wine/meal/Netflix night if you’re keen😊
