I’m renting out a lovely bedroom in my cosy and warm flat in East Ham (District & Hammersmith & City lines). The location is super convenient, with plenty of shops, supermarkets and amenities just a short walk away. It’s around 40 minutes to Zone 1.

I’m looking to share my home with a professional, friendly and respectful woman who is clean, tidy and easy to live with.

A little about me: I sometimes work from home in the living room, so I’d really appreciate someone who values a calm and comfortable environment. I’m clean, considerate and I enjoy keeping the flat cosy and welcoming.

This is not just a rental — it’s a home, and I’d love to find someone who feels the same way.
I’m not into parties or having lots of people constantly in and out of the flat. Of course, occasional guests are absolutely fine. I completely understand that, but this is a peaceful home, not a party house.
