The room has wooden flooring with the rest of the house. One Bath/WC on ground floor and second shower/WC on loft room for top tenants. Fully Fitted kitchen and living room with Virgin Media. In addition, the house has a beautiful garden for a great braai (bbq) space and a chilling place for after work.
The house is on the 300-bus route to East Ham station or Canning Town. 10 mins by bus to East Ham tube station [Zone 3] or Beckton DLR station [Zone 3].

From Beckton station, it's 20 mins to Canary Wharf or Stratford, and under 30 mins to London Bridge, Waterloo and Bank Stations. From Eastham Station, 15 mins to Liverpool Street and Stratford and 20 mins to Canary Wharf and Bank stations. There are more than 10 buses in the local area including some going directly to Central London.

House is on a quiet road with no through traffic, but near tube and DLR. ASDA and Sainsbury Superstores are about a 10-15 minute walk away. There is a free Recreational Park with 6 Tennis Courts, Football playing fields, Basketball court and Exercise Machines a minute walk from the house.
