Luminous loft double room in East ham

We have a luminous loft room with a double bed and a big shower in a large Victorian house. (Shower is separate from the toilet) to be shared by 3 people maximum)

The house is cute with a few personal touches. The loft is big and luminius.

There is no hard door however tenats usually put a curtain in the stairs leaving to the loft.

You'll be sharing the house with two guys a girl. We are looking for someone to join this house share who would like to make this house their home.

The kitchen is large enough to accommodate people cooking together and there is comfy dining room/living area. The kitchen opens on a large garden that needs a bit of TLC but is ideal for barbecues in the summer.
The house is in quiet street right next to beautiful Central Park and its cute little Café offering great coffee, brownies and delicious tarts. The Red Lion pub is also close by.

All bills are included and we require one month deposit.

East ham underground Station is a short walk away and there is a bus stop 2mins from the house. Various transport links (both buses and trains) and easy access to Liverpool Street via Mile End (30minutes), London Bridge via Canning Town (35 min), Canary Warf (25min), Stratford. London city airport is 20 min away.
