ABOUT THE ROOM: The room is lovely and light, and is a wonderful space. It has plenty of room for a double bed, and also comes with a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The room faces away from the road and is really quiet, overlooking the garden

ABOUT THE HOUSE: This is a terraced house. We have a good size dining room/living room that is great for relaxing in and watching telly. We have a big main bathroom. The house features a good boiler so we have hot showers with good water pressure. The kitchen and the bathroom are a little traditional, but they get the job done and the rest of the house is really lovely. The landlord is really good at fixing things quickly.
As it's a quite street we have lots of parking available if you have a car.

ABOUT THE LOCATION:
It is a great location, it is a 10 minute brisk walk to East Ham Station (District Line), so it is safe to walk home at night and well lit. It is also a very friendly and community-driven area, with plenty of local shops and eateries.

ABOUT THE FLATMATES:
We are three women, in our early 30s. We have our own lives but like to check in with one another and socialise together, perhaps sharing a glass of wine while watching Skybox in our onesies. We want a flatmate who would like to come out to the pub occasionally or see a movie with us, but is also happy to chill and do their own thing.
