I am a live at home landlord who works part-time and have 3 rooms in total of which I am renting out only one of the rooms. You will be sharing the bathroom, the kitchen and the living areas downstairs but there is also a downstairs loo. There is also a garden. The location is approximately a 10-minute walk to East Ham station and the high street. East Ham to central London is approximately 20-30 minutes. Only occasional drinking is allowed on the property.
