One room to let in a creative houseshare

Hello everyone,

We are two creative individuals looking for another creative individual to join us in sharing this beautiful, modern, spacious house.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, super clean and willing to not cook meat at the house.
The house is located on a quiet residential street, but a mere three minute walk away from East Ham's high street where you will find everything you need, including our closest (and lovely) pub, Denmark Arms. Walk three minutes the other way and you find the closest park -- Central Park.
A ten minute walk through East Ham's bright high street will get you to the nearest Underground station, East Ham. From there, you can be at Liverpool Street in ~20 minutes.
We're renting this house straight from the landlord, a very friendly creative guy who lives abroad most of the time but who is keeping one of the bedrooms (there are 4 beds in total) in the house for himself for when he has business in town. So in essence you will have two other housemates most of the time, with a third one popping in for a few days every couple of weeks or so.
The house itself has a large garden (with a storage shed), two bathrooms (both with toilets), a huge open plan kitchen with lots of storage space and a dining area, a separate living room (with large doors which, when open, virtually merge the two into one giant space), and four bedrooms, one of which will be vacant most of the time and could be used as a study or laundry room, for example.
A nice bonus is that the neighbours are really friendly too.
For us, this house is perfect in every respect. If you're liking what you're hearing and are interested in living with us, message us and we will meet in person to see if we are right for each other and if so, you will be invited to see the house and your bedroom. If we're all happy after that, you'll be free to move in anytime from the 2nd of November onwards, when we are moving in too.
