Hi guys, our friend is leaving the house and we are looking for a new housemate, the house is 7 min to East Ham station(district line) by walk, 15 to Stratford and 25 min to Liverpool by tube. Quiet area and lot of shops like Lidl, Primark, Sainsbury, Tesco even an easy gym.
The house has a living room, 3 bathrooms, garden and garage.
This is a EN-SUITE double spacious room with private toilet just for one person, we pay £592 plus bills so about £600 per month, with £500 of deposit that obviously we will give you back at the end, you can give £250 twice in two months this is not a problem. We are two boys and two girls from Spain,
We just need a respectful, clean and responsible person, because we need a quiet house.
