Double room for rent for single female.£500 per month. One month deposit. All bills included.(Free internet).
5min walk form Upton Park Station.(15 min to Central London).
Room is fully furnished, with double bed. Situated on the 2nd floor, next to bathroom and other single room (occupied by female flatmate).
Male flatmate room and kitchen on first floor.(so privacy maintained).

Previous flatmates resigned due to pandemic/lockdown and relocate abroad.(Recommendations available upon request).

So I'm required to state the reason.
As in 2018 I found two female flatmates, experience of sharing the flat proved that in my opinion, female keep the place in better order, better cleanliness and got better understanding/planning of sharing facilities, eg. Kitchen, bathroom, washing machine etc. As I've mentioned, references from previous flatmates available on request.
