Double room to rent with live in landlord

We have a double room to let in our recently refurbished house. There is a bathroom for use of the occupier of the available room on the grd flr-bu5 maximum of 2 sharing. The kitchen/diner is shared. We don't want alcohol or pork consumed, cooked or stored in house.
We have a great family feel with our other lodger and are looking for the same for whoever occupies this room. We'd prefer someone who is working professionally but won't say no to students. Ideally we'd like a single person but are open to discussion. If couple, price is not as advertised.
We don't have a cleaner but everyone sticks to the cleaning schedule, this keeps costs down for all. The bills are included, assuming reasonable use, so nothing on top of the rent. The property is very well located to bus and underground stations and lots of local convenience stores, restaurants and takeways.
