Lively Double Room East Ham

Super lovely room has come available in our house in East Ham.
The room is spacious, bright, yet warmly cosy.

It’s 15 mins by walk from East Ham Station (less than 10 mins by bus), and only a few stops from Barking Station.

We are a bunch of nice and well-mannered individuals, who like each other company but we are mostly busy doing our own things.
We have a mature attitude towards situations and each other, and we always prefer to sort things out kindly instead of arguing.

We keep the house as clean as possible and we are looking for somebody who puts the same effort into the house as we do.

We are looking for somebody very respectful, calm, who is willing to follow the house rules.
This is not a party-house, we do not use our rooms for gathering with friends, neither in the evening nor during the day or on weekends.
We believe each of us has the right to relax in peace in our own room without being disturbed by unnecessary noises.
