ABOUT THE HOUSE: This is a terraced house. We have a good size dining room/living room that is great for relaxing in and watching telly. We have a big main bathroom. The house features a good boiler so we have hot showers with good water pressure. The kitchen and the bathroom are a little traditional, but they get the job done and the rest of the house is really lovely. The landlord is really good at fixing things quickly.
As it's a quite street we have lots of parking available if you have a car.

ABOUT THE LOCATION:
It is a great location, it is a 5-10 minute brisk walk to East Ham Station (District Line), so it is safe to walk home at night and well lit. It is also a very friendly and community-driven area, with plenty of local shops and eateries.
