We have a double room available for the 18th of December. The property is a three bed flat in a new, modern built, with gorgeous views of the river Lea. The rent is £675, with bills on top coming up to max £90-100 monthly, with high speed hyperoptic Internet included.
The room comes with a large double bed, wardrobe, two large bedside drawers and a floor length window overlooking the river. The bathroom will be shared just between you and me, as Robin and Jay have an ensuite.
It's located near Poplar and Bow area - 7 minutes walk to East India DLR, 15 min walk to Bromley-by-Bow Station, 15 - 18 min walk to Canning town station, and there is a 309 bus stop just in front of the building.
You will be sharing with me, my friend from uni Robin and her boyfriend Jay. We like to spend time at home and we've made the flat very cosy and homely, we do weekly cleaning and keep the place organised and tidy.
We are looking for someone nice, clean and chilled to share the lovely flat with us.
