Hello there!

We are a friendly couple in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment advertising for a flatmate on behalf of our agents. We are looking for a flatmate to join around the 27th of May.

The total rent would be 2000 per month. Divided by 3, it would be about 666, plus £9 for fast broadband (1 GBPS) leading to a monthly rent of £675. With the rest of the bills together added to this, we expect that the total shouldn't go upwards of 840£ per month per person on average. So that includes council tax, gas, and electric.

Ideally, we are looking for a clean and tidy working professional but will consider PhD students. We currently have a cleaning rota and its important for us to continue that.

We are not a party flat, but social gatherings are welcome! We work form 9 to 5:30 and would like someone who is not making a lot of noise past 10:30pm during the week.

We are both social people but also respect other people's privacy. We like to watch movies, play boardgames and discuss a variety of topics. I will also take you to all the nice coffee shops in the area if you are interested! :D
