A bright furnished spare room available in a calm, tidy flat, ideal for a working professional and values a quiet home environment :)

You will have your own private large bathroom outside your room but right opposite the hallway.

The room is £1,275 per month, with gas, electricity, and water included.
Council tax and broadband are separate.

It’s available end of Feb - March to take over my current flatmate’s tenancy. This is flexible so we can defo discuss! :)

- Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven
- Flat is always well maintained and VERY clean and tidy
- Less than 2 min walk to East India DLR station and 20 minute walk to Canary Wharf
- Access to two gyms onsite
- Supermarket right below the building

This is a relaxed and respectful household - not really a party flat. But it’s not boring I promise!
I’m looking for someone very clean, kind and considerate who treats the flat as a place to unwind and recharge.

This would suit someone who enjoys their own space, keeps things easygoing, and appreciates a calm atmosphere during the week :)

No pets are allowed unfortunately or smokers.

About me:
- I’m friendly, sociable and enjoy having a chat, but also respects each others space which is super important
- I work in marketing within YouTube and podcasts as a producer/strategist and also have worked across some football clubs and in F1, so I’m a huge sports fan as well
- I value someone who is very laid-back, calm, independent, values their own space but is kind, sweet and respectful
