Hi! Our housemate of five years is sadly (or rather excitingly!) moving to Belgium in July, therefore we (Natalie & Lou) are looking for a new person to join our friendly and homely flat :)

Lou is 34 years old and works in advertising, and Natalie is 30 years old and works in food development. We both love a cosy evening in and appreciate our own spaces - often we can be found watching quiz shows in the lounge too! We also love a pub quiz, trips to the cinema or going out for food whilst also having our own independent lives as well.

The room is a large and bright double on the first floor of a beautiful period house with huge garden. Open plan kitchen lounge, large bathroom with separate shower and bath & each bedroom also has its own sink – fab for skincare/beauty routines!

Rent is £833 per month, and bills are approx £90 each, totalling £920 per month altogether. The deposit is £925.

We do require every tenant to have guarantor for the tenancy, and the guarantor must be a UK homeowner, so please only message if you’re able to provide this :)

3-4 minutes’ walk from East Putney tube station and 8 minutes’ walk from Putney Station & Putney High Street, Puregym 5 minutes’ walk away and Little Waitrose (2 minutes’ walk away), Co-Op, and Sainsbury’s all nearby!

We’re looking to host viewings w/c 20th May, and confirm the new housemate by 1st June!
