East Putney double room in friendly flat

Available at the end of June, we have a great sized double room with plenty of storage (two built in cupboards) for rent. The room comes unfurnished, however the rest of the flat is furnished (though the current tenants are willing to sell existing furniture).

We’d like a single person or couple to join us on our current and future leases. Must be: non-smoker, considerate, clean, tidy, and enjoy a relaxed home, late twenties and above – sorry no students.

The flat has two bedrooms, more than the average amount of space with a stand-alone kitchen, large living / dining room, single bathroom and three big cupboards in the hallway for storage.

The place is 5-10 minute walk to East Putney for the District Line and 10-15 minute walk to Putney for the National Rail. There is a bus stop right outside that will connect directly to Clapham Junction in 10-15 minutes (Bus number 170).

We are an Australian couple (in our early to mid thirties) who have been living in London for the last few years. We work in health and finance. We love to travel, we're social and find ourselves often out of the house. We also love downtime simply hanging out around the house and cooking. Looking for people who share a similar lifestyle.

Bills are not included but are about 350 per month, split between everyone.
