Quiet Double room with ensuite bath (on own floor)

I am looking for a full time 7 day a week lodger. Ideally someone who is a professional. Would consider a lodger from Monday to Friday too!
The room is a beautiful Victorian mid terraced house. The room is a double, cosy, comfortable and has been newly decorated with a new bed and mattress painted bathroom and new bathroom floor and brand new carpets in Jan 2023. There is a also a new blind in the bedroom and large tv with fire stick. The room is the only one on the second floor with its own access and with en-suite private bathroom and a door closing both rooms off from the rest of the house. Council Tax Band G.
The room is on the second floor of this large four bedroom house with 35 foot sunny SW facing garden and large kitchen with dishwasher/ fridge/washing machine/freezer. It is 5 minutes walk from East Putney tube station and 10 minutes from Putney mainline station. A bus stop 1 mins walk which takes you to Clapham Junction in 10 minutes.
One person permanently in the house (professional/hybrid worker) and a resident very friendly small dog. We are a friendly household and mutual respect for each other goes a long way. Not a noisy house and ideally someone probably not looking for a party house or for endless guests staying. The room is also fully furnished with a desk, desk lamp and has views to the private garden. Flexible re move in date as current lodger has another base which is being renovated (she is a past lodger who has returned to live here for her house project to complete so is uber flexible).
