Your flat-mate:
You will share the flat with Ethan, a 27-year-old Taiwanese professional, who is easy to get along with and is just a pleasure to live with! The flat and Ethan are both fantastic! ;-)

Availability:
The moving in date is from 7 August 2024 but there might be some flexibility for the right person if it needs be.

Costs:

The rent is £1,097 pcm for single person occupancy (£1,497 for a couple). All bills are excluded (council tax band E also not included). Bills will remain in the landlord's name and their total is £247 for single occupancy / £477 for couples.

1 month’s deposit and references (previous landlord and work) required.
