It's a 3 bed with a garden, parking and is being newly refurbished! The location is amazing being 5 mins from Putney Station and 10 mins from East Putney tube.
They are 2 professionals who are always up for a laugh and meeting new people, as well as occasionally hosting for their current friends. Both are relaxed, fun, clean and want to make it a lovely environment to live in! 🏡
Your room is pictured, it's a double with a lovely balcony on the downstairs floor of the flat (not ground level) and is wider than it looks on the photo. There is a double bed put in the room which has storage space underneath.
Ultimately they are just looking for someone who is similar to them, friendly, easy-going and who likes to go out just as much as staying in PJ's at the weekend.
