In terms of location, you can’t beat it! The flat is located within a 3-minute walk to East Putney tube station, 8-minute walk to Putney station and very close to Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Co-op, gyms and many local cafes/pubs!

💶 Details:
Move in date 20th April 2024.
Lease is being renewed on the 10th of May, which will make it a very easy transition. The rent from the 10th of May will be £750 per month and bills work out to be approximately £80 per month including internet.

👯 Now a little about the two housemates.
We are two Australians (both 27yo) who have been living in London since May 2023.
Cassie is an occupational therapist and Emily is a primary school teacher. We love spending time as a household and doing lots of fun activities like pub nights, games nights, binging new TV shows (any recommendations are appreciated, travelling and social events.
We are looking for someone who is chill and friendly to join our home, who would enjoy nights to the pub but also cosy nights in at home.
