The room comes furnished as you see it in the pictures (with an in-built wardrobe), except for the desk and chair as they’re mine. There is plenty of storage space in the room, as well as throughout the flat.
The flat is spacious and bright with an open plan kitchen/living room and balcony. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and utensils, and there’s a dishwasher.
It’s located on a quiet and green compound, with its own gym and library that you have access to for free. There's also a parking lot in the basement should you have your own car. The bus to Clapham Junction is only a 2-min walk, and the East Putney tube (district line) is a 10-15 min walk.
The rent is £975 plus around £140 pcm of bills (gas, electricity, internet, council tax band F). Water is included in the rent.
You'll be sharing with Sophie who is in her late 20s and works full-time. Her room has got its own ensuite so you won’t need to share the bathroom.
