1 bedroom in a lovely 2 bed flat

I am looking for a second tenant to fill this beautiful 2 bed space with.

You would be sharing with me only and a friendly cat called Frank.

The flat has a balcony, communal garden and an open plan kitchen+lounge.
Stylish furniture throughout - I will be bringing my own furniture, which are different to the ones in pictures.
I can leave bedroom unfurnished, or bring a double bed.
The room has a built in wardrobe.
Both bedrooms are in pictures and are of a similar size

There is plenty of transport around:
East Putney underground station is less than 5 min walk, Putney train station is less than 10min walk.
Lots of cafes, restaurants and shops around; riverside is less than 15 min walk.
Waitrose, Sainsburys, Co-op just right next to East Putney station.

I am looking for someone non-smoking, clean, reliable and sociable, who doesn’t forever hide in their bedroom:) equally, I respect privacy and a need for ‘space’.

I work in procurement, and WFH twice a week.
My party days are definitely over and with a full-on job, I value a good rest, so I would like to live with someone who is considerate and on the same page.
At the same time, it would be nice to have some friends over for a dinner on the weekend, share a drink, or cook together. I am always open to a chat:)

Frank the cat is super friendly, and would love a company of another cat/animal lover.
