Hey!
We are Chloe, Ryan and Katia, we are looking for someone to complete our quartet. We absolutely love our flat and put loads of energy into our space and want someone willing to do the same! We’re a social and lively bunch 🕺 and are looking for someone to fit in and bring some energy and good vibes!

The room is £995 inc. bills and is available from 27th June 2024. It’s a large double room with a double bed and a large wardrobe. It also has double drawers, a night stand table and a desk!

The flat has a great communal living space with open plan kitchen-lounge which lends itself well to our sociable lifestyle as a house. We have a beautiful, fully functioning bar 😍🍸 . The bi-folding doors in the kitchen can fold away completely, opening up the kitchen onto the decking and garden - This is perfect during the summer months 🌞. This also gives the living space an airy feel and allows us to enjoy some fresh southwest air with a beer/Gin & Tonic and a BBQ. The kitchen is also fitted with under-floor heating throughout, which is ideal in the chilly winter months.

Two bathrooms mean we each only share with one person. Both bathrooms are fitted with powerful showers and one also contains a bath which we can all use. We also have a utility room with a washing machine, separate dryer and storage for household things. (We say storage: it’s where the iron, clothes rack and lightbulbs live, as well as the random stuff we can’t find a home for).

The price includes a cleaner (bi-weekly), occasional gardener, Sky ultra-fast broadband and TV (we hold the contract for this privately and it's just an extra £4 per month each on top). All of these are included in the rent price, except the sky supplement as mentioned above.

The flat is situated on a residential road only a 5 minute walk - 15 if you've had a few - from East Putney tube station (Zone 2/3) on the district line which gets you to Victoria in 25 minutes. Putney Mainline is also only a 10 minute walk (Zone 2/3) and gets you into Waterloo in 18 minutes. There also are several bus routes at the top of the road leading to Clapham Junction/Wimbledon and Richmond.

You would be sharing with two girls and one guy, who enjoy a house BBQ in the summer and a sunday roast in winter. Due to the large communal kitchen/lounge space, we spend a lot of time together as opposed to being one of those houses where everybody hides in their rooms. We work in different industries (teaching/marketing/acting/PT) but generally work sticks to the weekdays so weekends are treated like weekends. Local pub & bar options for a casual drink during the week are strong as well as enjoying many beverages at home at the flat bar 🥂.

As a house we share common interests including theatre, fitness, music, drinking, communal netflix series, films, coffee, travel and cooking as a team and having friends round.

Essentially we are looking for a person who will add to the house dynamic and fit in well with our lifestyle and personalities. Someone who's keen to treat a house like a home and get stuck in with our family dynamic.

For us it’s the people that make the house, but luckily we have the flat to match! We’re looking for similar personalities who will join us.
