- [ ] Move in date around 14/15 March (date is flexible - can be earlier or slightly later)
- [ ] £930 rent plus bills (£75-85 per month).
- [ ] The room comes with its own bathroom and is furnished. There is probably space for a small desk but I’ve kept my desk in the living room for WFH 1 day a week
- [ ] Location - Less than 5 minute walk to East Putney for district line, 9 minute walk to Putney overground (14 mins to Waterloo)
- [ ] Absolutely love the area, super safe and everything you need is on your doorstep - supermarkets, gyms, cute cafes, pubs, green spaces and running routes along the river to Hammersmith and Battersea!
- [ ] In 4 bed maisonette in block of flats. Tenancy takeover and the lease runs until end of September 2026 but will renew then. Very responsive landlord/agency
- [ ] Access to communal garden which is great for the summer
- [ ] Living with 3 super lovely girls ages 25-31, a Kiwi, a Norwegian and a South African. We all met through online groups and have got on so well! We’re looking for a girl who is friendly, chilled and respectful of shared spaces
- [ ] Will have to pass referencing with the agent so will need employment or a guarantor
