    •    Zone 2: Great transport links (East Putney tube station - District Line only 5 min Walk, Putney Train Station - SWTrains onl 10 min walk away + bus stop 1 min away)
    •    Close to the high street with lots of shops (Waitrose, huge Sainsbury’s and a M&S opening soon) and lots of cute cafés
• 3 min walk away from Wandsworth Park and the Thames (super nice in summer)
    •    Very safe and quiet area

🛏 The Room - £897 per month
    •    Fully furnished (double bed with mattress + tall built in wardrobe with drawers, shelves and rail included)
    •    Plenty of underbed-storage

🏠 The Flat
• Bills: super cheap at £100-£120 per month (Wandsworth Council Tax, Water, Gas, Electricity, WiFi & Bins incl)
    •    Shared with two professional female flatmates around 30 (both from the UK and working in office jobs)
    •    Clean and respectful atmosphere
    •    Big & airy kitchen and living room
• Bathroom: Huge bathtub and own sink with loads of under sink storage, on same floor as bedroom and sharing with only one of the girls. The other has her own en-suite.

💼 The Important bits:
The landlord requires references and proof of income.
This will be a tenancy transfer (deed of assignment) !

Available from 7 April until 3 August initially, then the lease is up for a 1 year renewal.
