I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely room in Putney! I’ve absolutely loved living here, but I’m sadly moving out as I’m relocating for work. It’s a great flat in a really peaceful neighborhood.

The Room

Layout: A cosy small double, cleverly arranged to feel spacious.

Furniture: Comes with a small double bed, a dedicated desk for WFH, and a small sofa for relaxing.

Storage: Lots of space, including a wardrobe and handy built-in cupboards for suitcases and extra luggage.

The House & Flatmates

Flatmates: You’ll be sharing with two lovely professional women in their early 30s.

The Vibe: It’s a very quiet, tidy, and respectful home.

Shared Spaces: Shared kitchen (with laundry machine), toilet, and shower room. You'll have your dedicated fridge space.

House Rules: Non-smoking, no pets, and a "no outdoor shoes" policy indoors (we wear slippers to keep the place clean!).

The Location

East Putney Station: 7-minute walk (District Line).

Putney Train Station: 14-minute walk (Southwestern Railway).

Shopping: 15-minute stroll to Wandsworth Southside (Waitrose, shops, and cinema).

Area: A quiet, safe residential street.

The Details

Bills: All included (Water, Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, and WiFi).

Flexibility: If you’d prefer to pay rent and bills separately, that can be discussed.

Please note that this room is available for 2 months only until 19th of May.
