I’m looking for a professional to take my room in this lovely flat on May 10. I am only leaving because of a change in jobs.
The flat has 3 double rooms with ensuites, and an extra guest bathroom (so 4 bathrooms in total). Each room is on a separate level, so great for privacy. There is an open plan living room/kitchen and the flat comes furnished.
Location wise, the flat is directly opposite Wandsworth park and a short walk from Putney high street and Wandsworth Southside shopping centre. Closest stations are East Putney station (District line) and Putney station (SW rail). Buses also run along the road.
Flatmates are English and German (28 yr, male) that are already friends from University. They are looking for someone who’s friendly, chill, and sociable. Extra points if you’re good at FIFA.
