Double Room Available in East Putney

Hi! My name is Kieryn (27) and I am looking for someone to take over the tenancy from my current flatmate who is leaving at the end of June.

The room:
There is a large furnished double room available, it comes with built in wardrobe, double bed with new mattress (new this year), chest of drawers and bedside tables.

The flat:
The property is a 3 bed, split level flat, but you would only be sharing with one other person. The 3rd bedroom can be used as a spare room/office/gym space - we can decide between us! There is a shared lounge. In the kitchen is a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. There is a bathroom upstairs with bath and shower, and a second toilet downstairs. The room being advertised is currently my bedroom, as I will be moving into my roommates room when she leaves.

Location:
The flat is 5-10 minutes from East Putney tube station (district line) and 10-15 minutes from Putney train station. There are lots of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs just at the end of our road and on the main high street.

A bit about me:
I am South African, and moved to London in January 2026. I work in finance, in office 3 days a week and WFH 2 days. I enjoy cooking, running and travelling. Looking for a friendly roommate to be social with but someone who also respects alone/quiet time!

Rent: £1050
Bills: roughly £150 incl council tax, gas, electric, water, internet & Disney/Netflix
Fees: £50 to estate agency (one time only)
Deposit: £1100 (tbc)
