We are moving out of our double bedroom in a 3 bedroom maisonette house share in East Putney on 26th July. We have been living here for 3-4 years and have absolutely loved our time here, but due to relocation will be sadly leaving.

The room has a double bed, two bedside tables, one chest of drawers, and an in-built wardrobe with lots of storage space. It is a good size for either one person or a couple. Rent is £700 per month either way, with an extra £111 to cover the current bills cost (gas, electricity, water, council tax, phone and internet).

The property is a great three-bed place, with a large living/dining room, large kitchen, bathroom upstairs and WC downstairs too. It is in a perfect location for public transport - 5 minutes walk to East Putney tube (District line), 10 minutes to Putney mainline station, and two 24-hour bus routes either end of the main road (14 and 37). There is also parking available (permit would need to be bought) and a cycle shed too.

Our two housemates are two young professionals, one working in social care and one working in the film industry. They are looking for one or two young professionals who are sociable and tidy, and happy to spend time relaxing in front of the TV with a bottle of wine, or going out for a meal.
