Fully equipped large kitchen / diner with all necessary cooking stuff, microwave, oven, tumble dryer and washing machine. There is a large dining table and 4 chairs and plenty of worktop space for preparing meals and cooking.

The house is well decorated, laminate floors in bedroom and communal areas.

There is a safe place outside to keep your bike if you have one.

Very quiet and safe area.

Looking for a house mate working 9-5, respectful of other people in the house who is willing to keep all communal areas tidy and clean after themselves. The kitchen needs to be left tidy and the utensils washed and put away after cooking.

The shared bathroom needs to be left clean for the other person.

The cleaner, which is paid for, comes every two weeks and cleans communal areas, kitchen window, surfaces, units, extractor hood, stairs, porch. She is not cleaning your room or your shared bathroom, unless you make a private arrangement with her.
