I am looking for a mature minded person to rent the spacious double room in my flat.

The beauty of the flat is its central location and spacious accommodation.

The room has been freshly redecorated and is East facing so is very sunny in the morning.

It could be a London base for a busy working person or it could suit someone who lives outside of London but works in a hybrid way and would prefer to rent a room rather than stay in a hotel.

The flat is in an attractive apartment building very close to the Underground, buses, train and riverboat. It's a stone's throw from supermarkets, gyms, wine bars, restaurants, green spaces and the river Thames.

When people visit they say it has a nice 'feel' to it, it's certainly somewhere you can call home and a quiet space to relax after work. The room is a blank canvas for you to shape how you would like it but will be fully furnished if that is required. The room is available short term or longer term part time or full time. Please note that the rent is inclusive of utility bills but not TV licence.
