We live in East Sheen in a 4 bedroom house surrounded by Putney, Barnes and Richmond with great transport links to central London. The local station has trains every 15 minutes to London Waterloo. Journey time approx. 23 minutes.

The house is just a 5 minute walk from Richmond Park, the largest of London’s Royal Parks and just 1minute walk from Palewell Park. Palewell Park has 4 tennis courts, football pitches and a 9 hole pitch and putt golf course. Regular public transport connects you to Hammersmith, Putney, Richmond, Kew gardens and Chiswick (all within 15mins drive).

Your personal accommodation consists of an open plan bedroom and lounge/study area with great southerly views. There’s a walk-in wardrobe and the bedroom is equipped with a cinema projector. Your en-suite has a walk-in shower, sink vanity unit and toilet.

The shared areas of the house will include a large well equipped open plan kitchen and dining room, an outdoor patio area with BBQ, umbrella, table and chairs for alfresco dining and the south facing garden that has hammocks and table tennis for relaxing.

The house will be occupied by our daughter age 21 and son age 19 who will be working away 3/4 days a week and will also be in and out travelling for short periods on work commitments throughout June to August 2019.
